About this Notice

This privacy notice (Notice) explains how Next 15 Group Plc (We, our, us, Next 15) collects, uses and shares (“processes”) your personal data in line with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA") in order to facilitate the business purposes set out below.

We will not sell the personal information, including any sensitive personal information, we collect. We will not share personal data with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

If we have collected your personal data in order to facilitate an acquisition we will share your PII with the acquiring entity within our Group. 
California Customer Records personal information, which includes a name, signature, Social Security number, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, financial information, medical information, or health insurance information.
Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.

Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law, such as age (40 years or older), race, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, reproductive health decision-making, military and veteran status.
