Next 15 sells part of Elvis to Wonderhood Studios as strategic realignment continues

Next 15 Group plc (“Next 15” or “the Group”) has agreed to sell part of Elvis Communications (“Elvis”) to Wonderhood Studios (“Wonderhood”), in a move that sharpens the Group’s focus on its core growth priorities while creating a new home for the Elvis teams best aligned with Wonderhood’s creative offer.

The deal brings together Elvis talent and Wonderhood’s independent creative business, which spans
advertising, social, entertainment and branded content. Next 15 will retain around half of Elvis’s current revenues, including its customer experience division, which works with some of the world’s largest technology companies.

Elvis has a long-standing reputation as a creative agency with strong consumer brand credentials. It became part of Next 15 following the acquisition of Engine in 2022 alongside Transform and MHP, and was later brought together with House337.

Consistent with the strategy set out by Next 15 in January 2026, the sale enables the Group to further simplify its portfolio, enhance management focus, and allocate capital more efficiently toward core operations.

Sam Knights, Chief Executive Officer of Next 15, said:

This transaction is another step in Next 15’s continued strategic realignment, focusing the Group on
the areas where we see the strongest fit and long-term growth potential.

We are retaining the parts of Elvis that best align with our strengths in data, technology and activation, while the teams moving to Wonderhood will join a business with the creative focus and culture to support them and their clients. Elvis is a wonderful business with exceptional talent, and we are pleased to have found a strong new home for these teams.

The deal supports our strategy to simplify the Group, concentrate investment in areas with the greatest strategic fit, and create greater operational clarity and flexibility for future growth.

Next15 was advised on the transaction by Green Square, the M&A and Corporate Finance division of
HaysMac.
